Talitha Davies Wegner | Founder
Talitha Davies Wegner’s Los Angeles practice encompasses divorce, child and spousal support, child custody and visitation, dissolution of domestic partnership, consultation and drafting of prenuptial, postnuptial and co-habitation agreements. In addition to traditional litigation methods, Talitha is a certified family law mediator and founded the Intelligent Alternative Mediation Center to offer her clients a cost-effective, collaborative approach to divorce and other family conflicts.
Talitha’s practical, down to earth approach quickly puts clients at ease. But her astute litigation preparation is what delivers results that earn her clients’ praise and gratitude.
Having gone through divorce herself, she educates and empowers her clients, giving them the confidence to face difficult family law issues. Talitha’s concern and kindness are genuine. If she accepts you as a client, you will know she has your back.
Personal accomplishments and honors include recently becoming an Associate Fellow to The Litigation Counsel of America; being named VIP Member by Cambridge Who’s Who for Excellence in Legal Services; and being nominated for the 2013 Women Making a Difference Awards / Rising Star category. Talitha is also a member of the American Bar Association, California Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association, Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles. Talitha received her law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles and graduated Cum Laude from California State University at Northridge. She is also a certified family law mediator. In addition to advocating for her clients, Talitha sits on the board of several non-profit organizations including Rock and Rescue, The Brittany Foundation and The STAND Foundation. Talitha donates her time and resources to give a voice to many voiceless individuals in the Los Angeles Community.
Chloe Wolman | Partner
Chloe S. Wolman is a Partner/Shareholder with Davies Wegner Law. Chloe represents clients in all aspects of family law litigation including divorce, legal separation, paternity, child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, restraining orders and division of assets. She is also a certified Minor’s Counsel.
For two years prior to law school, Chloe was a crisis center volunteer, counseling individuals with a wide range of concerns from mental health issues to addiction and recovery problems to personal distress, as well as offering suicide prevention support. During law school, Chloe was an extern to Judge Amy Pellman in Family Court. She also received a fellowship to work at the Harriet Buhai Center for Family Law, which provides family law assistance to victims of domestic violence and children living in poverty. While attending law school, she was the Content Editor of the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice.
Since graduating from USC Law School, Chloe has devoted herself exclusively to the practice of Family Law, handling cases for a broad variety of clients including division of billion-dollar estate matters and complex child custody cases.
Heidi Kalin | Dir. of Marketing & Client Relations
Heidi’s practical, down-to-earth approach helps clients through the challenges of Family Law matters. Always a people person, Heidi joins hands with clients on what can be a bumpy journey to the next chapter. She maintains client relations, oversees agreements, and ensures complete compliance for the firm. Heidi is also a Notary for the State of California.
Heidi spent over fifteen years in the marketing world before diving in to manage the Davies Wegner Law team and their clients. Drawing on her expertise in web creation and grass roots marketing, Heidi has drawn attention to DWL’s different approach to Family Law and increased the boutique clientele at Davies Wegner.
